Facilities & Maintenance Services

Alongside our design & Installation services, we also provide a comprehensive range of Engineering Support Services that have their focus more on prevention than cure. Typically these include services such as: Routine Health Checks, Scheduled Maintenance, Stores Management, Training for ‘on site’ Engineers and a Technical Support Line. In addition to these ‘preventative’ services, we also provide Systems Engineering and of course Emergency Call Out Support to anyone in need, regardless of whether they have a contract with us or not.

Health Checks:

The primary purpose of a Systems Health Check is to gain an awareness of your processes in order to identify and advise on potential systems failure. Part of this process involves identifying volatile memory held software, and accessing exposure to obsolete control products.

Emergency Call-Out Support:

From our main Technical Support Centre in Cheshire we provide 24/7 access to a wealth of automation experience. Services available through our call centre range from telephone advice by a support engineer, appropriate parts dispatch or the initiation of the on-site attendance of our nearest available Service Engineer.
